    Our Return Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    How to Return

    Step 1: Initiate Return

    Log into your account and go to your orders. Select the item you wish to return and follow the return instructions.

    Step 2: Package Item

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return form in the package.

    Step 3: Ship Return

    Use the provided return shipping label or send to our return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

    Refund Process

    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Refund will be issued to original payment method
    • Store credit option available for exchanges
    • You will receive email confirmation of refund

    • Intimates and swimwear
    • Final sale items
    • Items marked as non-returnable
    • Items showing signs of wear or use
    • Items without original tags and packaging
